medications and refills

Medications and Refills

Refills: Please call your pharmacy to request a prescription refill and the pharmacy will contact our office. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the refill to be processed.

Your current medications are an important part of your continuing medical care. It is vital that you understand as much as possible about your medicines, and that you take them properly.

Learn the name and dose of each medicine you are taking. If you cannot remember this, keep a list with you at all times, or bring your medications with you to each office visit.

Never stop taking your regular medication without checking with the prescribing physician first. If you think you may be having a serious side effect from a medicine or an interaction with a medication, call immediately.
